Group Guided Wildlife Tour

Interested in a Guided Wetland Tour? We'd Love To Show You Around

We are so glad that your group is considering a visit to Heron Haven Wetland Sanctuary.

Our volunteers are here to protect the wetlands and insure that your group has a safe and wonderful educational experience. If you are from a school we ask that NO LESS THAN 7 and NO MORE THAN 30 individuals/students be scheduled per fieldtrip.

There MUST be at least one school staff member/parent actively engaged with each group of students and Heron Haven volunteer (2:10 ratio). Our student programs are scheduled for 1.5 hrs. Please bring drinking water and we recommend bug spray. Restrooms in the building will be available for use during the scheduled visit. We invite you to become a member, join our e-mail list, and share any feedback about your visit.

Please fill out the following to book your Guided Wildlife Tour!

QR Self-Guided Tour at Heron Haven

QR self-guided tours are an incredible outdoor recreational activity, in which individuals or groups us the camera on their mobile device to scan the QR codes along the trail. These QR codes will identify an education opportunity in that area in which you will need to use your eyes and ears to observe.

Individuals and groups can participate year-round caching at Heron Haven. Click on the links for helpful hints:
