DESCRIPTION:Our QR self-guided tour is an incredible outdoor recreational activity\, in which individuals or groups use the camera on their mobile device to scan the QR codes along the trail. These QR codes will identify an education opportunity in that area in which you will need to use your eyes and ears to observe. \nIndividuals and groups can participate year-round at Heron Haven. DESCRIPTION:Join us for Heron Haven’s 2026 Annual Members Meeting on Saturday\, August 29th at 1PM for an afternoon of wildlife\, reflection\, and community!\n\nWe’re excited to welcome Fontenelle Forest for a special live raptor presentation featuring some of their incredible owl\, hawk\, and falcon ambassadors. Get an up-close look at these amazing birds while learning about their unique adaptations and the important role they play in our ecosystem.\n\nFollowing the program\, Heron Haven President Briana Kouma will share a brief presentation reflecting on all we accomplished in 2025 and 2026\, from habitat improvements and educational programming to exciting milestones for the sanctuary and offer a look at what’s ahead.\n\nEnjoy appetizers and juice as we celebrate another year of conservation\, community\, and connection to nature.
