For The Preservation Of The Wildlife

We are overjoyed that you have chosen to visit, support, or even participate in our activities! As we look to the future of this habitat and its inhabitants, we ask that you abide by the few park rules below. 

Thank you for your support in keeping our wildlife safe. 

Park Rules

  • No dogs or pets are allowed, whether on or off leash.
  • The wetland is open to the public from dawn to dusk daily. The gate to the parking lot will be closed at dusk!
  • Walk only on the designated trails.
  • Picking flowers or removing plants is prohibited.
  • No fishing, trapping, or netting of fish, wildlife, or insects is allowed without permission.
  • Strollers, walkers, or wheelchairs are permitted. Bicycles, scooters, ATVs, or other wheeled vehicles are prohibited.
  • Please do not litter. We are a “carry in, carry out” facility.
      • We have no trash receptacles.
  • Smoking and the use of alcohol are prohibited on the premises.
  • The quieter you walk, the more wildlife you and others are likely to see.
